Didn't see it as another way to say that executives take advantage of their position.

I tried to draw a distinction between something like a dividend, where a payment is based on exposure to the company and a gift, which is what the article was about.
If you have an executive making 20 times what an hourly worker does and getting a bonus that is 10 x the percentage, then in dollars that is 200 times the bonus. Of course people are going to see that as unfair. Did you ever read about the experiments with monkeys getting different rewards? As irrational as it might sound peopl are happier when everybody gets a $1,000 bonus than when they get a $2,000 bonus and somebody else gets a $400,000 bonus, which is what you did
